What we collect & how we use it
We collect, store, analyze, and use client data for internal business purposes, marketing, social media, and general communication (if you opt in). We do not sell your data — with limited exceptions outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Liability waiver
By becoming a client, you agree to a general liability waiver that releases Shampoodles LLC from liability for any events involving clients, pets, or property before, during, and after appointment times. We do our absolute best to keep your furry friends safe — this is simply a standard business protection.
The waiver also covers us in the event of a data breach. We implement safeguards to protect your data, and we will notify you if we become aware of any incident.
